By accessing or using SiteReviewLab, including our website preview, review, comparison, inspiration, and analysis tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

SiteReviewLab provides web-based tools that help users preview, review, compare, and analyze websites across different device frames and layouts. Features may include responsive previews, device simulation, design review, saved inspirations, website comparison, screenshot support, usage history, and best-effort visual or style analysis.

SiteReviewLab is designed to help users understand website layout, responsiveness, visual patterns, colors, typography, and design structure. Some features may be limited by browser security, third-party website restrictions, or technical limitations outside of our control.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

We may offer limited access without an account. After certain usage limits are reached, you may be required to create a free account or upgrade to continue using certain features.

You agree not to use SiteReviewLab to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to websites, systems, data, or accounts

• Circumvent access controls, authentication systems, paywalls, or security protections

• Use the service to scrape, copy, harvest, or republish third-party content unlawfully

• Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or abuse SiteReviewLab or third-party websites

• Use SiteReviewLab for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity

• Misrepresent ownership of websites, designs, or content

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SiteReviewLab is lawful. Public website previewing and design benchmarking may be used for inspiration and review, but deeper testing, inspection, or analysis should only be performed on websites you own, manage, or have authorization to test.

SiteReviewLab may load or attempt to preview websites through device frames, browser rendering, proxy tools, screenshot methods, or related technologies. Some websites block third-party previews, embedded viewing, inspection, screenshot capture, or proxy access.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security settings, or restrictions. A blocked preview, incomplete screenshot, limited inspection, or estimated design review does not mean SiteReviewLab is malfunctioning.

SiteReviewLab may provide visual summaries, design tokens, color estimates, typography notes, layout observations, and AI-style review content. These outputs are provided for informational and creative review purposes only.

Because many websites restrict direct access to code, styles, or embedded page content, some analysis may be estimated or limited. SiteReviewLab does not guarantee that extracted or estimated design information is complete, exact, or error-free.

If you save websites, inspirations, notes, screenshots, comparisons, or review history, that information may be stored locally in your browser or, if account storage is enabled, associated with your account.

You are responsible for any URLs, notes, tags, or content you choose to save. Do not save confidential, private, sensitive, or unauthorized information.

SiteReviewLab may offer free and paid plans. Free plans may include limited usage, limited saved items, and restricted access to advanced features.

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Pricing, plan limits, and features may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

If paid checkout is not yet enabled, pricing may be shown as a preview of planned packages.

If subscriptions are enabled, you may cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

SiteReviewLab, including its software, interface, branding, features, design, content, and original materials, is owned by SiteReviewLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your own content, URLs, notes, tags, saved inspirations, and materials you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, feature requests, or improvements, you grant SiteReviewLab the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also impose usage limits, update features, or restrict access to protect service performance, security, or reliability.

SiteReviewLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or available for every website. We do not guarantee that every website can be previewed, inspected, captured, analyzed, or compared.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteReviewLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages related to third-party websites, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteReviewLab and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website or account interface. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
